Sorting out the affairs and property of deceased persons (probate and administration of estates)

We can assist executors and next-of-kin with the process for the eventual final distribution of assets of the estates of deceased persons. In a nutshell, this involves gathering the assets of the person who has died, paying off their debts (including tax debts), and giving away those assets as the person who has died has set out in their will. It can get more complicated, for example, where a person died without a will or their will was incomplete or faulty in some way.

Probate and administration of estate fees are regulated by law and we charge the regulated fees only. You can find a link to the  court fees here. You can find a link to the fees solicitors are permitted to charge here.
